We offer free function hire (T&C's apply). All we ask is for a £150.00 refundable deposit and to sign an agreement to our policies, and as long as our terms & conditions are not broken, the deposit will be fully refunded (T&C's explained further below  ).

Our function room is available to hire on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. However, we cannot except functions that land on match days at the MKM stadium, as we open our bar for both Hull City and Hull FC games at home. With the exception of functions or events that were booked and secured before new season matches.

When you book the room for your event, it includes a fully staffed bar with alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. You can decorate the room to your liking. We do not offer catering, but you are welcome to bring your own buffets or catering for your own event.

• This £150.00 deposit covers for any damages that may occur during the event and for the cancellation fee policy, where the primary booker is given up to 30 days to cancel for free, if you cancel within the 30-day period before the event, you will not be refunded the deposit - this is to cover the loss of slot.
• Once the event is over and there have been no serious issues or damages, you will receive the deposit back by the payment method used to pay for the deposit. Deposits will be refunded the next day after the event. Please note, it can take 3 – 5 working days for refunds to show on bank statements. Cash deposits may be refunded the same day after the event depending on the time of the event, otherwise this will need to be collected the next day from the reception office (opening hours: 7am – 10pm).
• There is £150.00 minimum spend behind the bar for a full deposit refund. This is to cover staffing and overheads, allowing us to book in small or short events. For example, your event only spends £80.00, we will keep £70.00 and refund you £80.00 from your deposit back to you, to make up the £150.00 minimum spend.
• Customers are allowed to decorate the function, but confetti are banned, except for Gender Reveal Balloons, however, this must be cleaned up by the customers.

• ·Customers can bring their own catering but cannot bring their own drinks into the bar. Any drinks consumed in the bar must be bought from our bar only and breaking this term can lead to loss of deposit.
• Please note anyone caught drinking alcohol under the age of 18 will be asked to leave as we follow the challenge under 25 policies.

•  Under the Hotel Protection Act 1956 (displayed at reception), the hotel will not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property for the duration of your stay.
•  We are a non-smoking hotel, any sign or evidence of smoking inside the property by any guest of the event may lead to a loss of deposit.
•  Any drug use by guest of the function will be asked to leave, if this is ignored, this can be a loss of deposit.
•  Any damage that occurs to any part of the hotel during the event will be a loss of deposit by any guest of the event. Any damage that costs beyond the deposit amount will be billed to the primary booker of the event unless billing information for the person(s) of the caused damages is provided and successfully paid for.
• Any guests of the function must respect guests of the hotel, e.g. no noise disturbance late in the evening while guests are sleeping.
• Any theft of hotel or bar property will be a loss of deposit.
• Any violent or abusive behaviour will also not be tolerated, and you may be asked to leave the property with immediate effect and the event will be stopped, depending on the situation for safety of staff, guests, and attendees of the event and maybe a loss of deposit.
