Bookings cancelled within the2 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of First nights stay.
As per hotel policy, we will charge card details for your booking within 2 days of arrival date, so please ensure card details are correct or sufficient funds. If these are not updated, your room will not be secured and maybe cancelled. Correct card details also secures the room from any damages, as mentioned below.
Under the Hotel Protection Act 1956 (displayed at reception), the hotel will not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property for the duration of your stay. We are a non-smoking hotel and any evidence of smoking (smell or damage) inside the rooms will incur a minimum charge of £150.00. Any damages made to the room or the property in general will be brought to the attention of the guest, if discovered after check out, then we reserve the right to charge the card details provided or send invoice for the cost of damages. No drug use/illegal activity/violence/abusive behaviour will be tolerated in this hotel and you will be asked to leave immediately. You are required to provide £150.00 deposit for apartment, which will be returned if there are no signs of smoking or damages.
